Project Management

I have just finished a brainstorming session with the co-author of my new book, and while running over some tasks that were due on today' meeting, I have realized that in our personal lives we will not achieve any of our goals unless we treat them as projects. Projects that have a timeline, a budget and sponsors.
So my advice for you today, is to treat every goal as a project, and keep monitoring it very closely, acknowledging every step and making sure that deadlines are executed. While doing that, assign some mentors, people who will ask you about your progress and motivate you to achieve on time.
