Did we ever ask ourselves this question: What is that shapes us? what is that makes of us what we are today? do we have the privilege to choose what we want to be?

I want to share with you those lines written by William Jennings Bryan:
Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice: it is not a thing to be waited for: it is a thing to be achieved.

In order to discover who we are and what we want to be we have to think of writing down our governing values, and make sure that we write clarifying statements for those values.

for example if we have the following value: Leadership

then the clarifying statement will be:
I naturally know how to motivate people into achieving, I am creative and I enjoy overcoming challenges.

Think of your 3 governing values, to able to start shaping your life.
